But I also go by Suzi, SusieQ, Sue, Suz and one friend just calls me Q (no relation to the Bond character). I'm a doer, a thinker, a problem solver, a lover of beauty and a nature nut. I have more love in my life than a person could ask for and have had a fair amount of career success. But there's also been loneliness, tragedy, heartbreak, guilt and shame. Yep, I'm a human all right. 

 

I created the 5-Minute Journal because no other kind of journal worked for me. By nature I'm not the orderly type (think cartoon whirlwind instead), and I really, really needed everything in one place. I hope you like it, and the photos and artwork that are coming in the not too distant future. Cheers friends!
